I'm so excited to announce that we now have a complete catalog available online!
Easy to use, convenient, and available 24 hours a day, you can just click and
order! Your order will be shipped directly to you. Just go to www.tracy.myctmh.com
to see our complete product line (with art samples for stamp sets) and enjoy our
new automated ordering.
If you would like to place a book party order and receive hostess gifts,
please use the traditional method (see below) as the online ordering site can
not currently accommodate hostess gifts for book party orders. You may still use the online
catalog to view products you would like to order, then just email your orders
and I will process them for you.
TRADITIONAL ORDERING
If you would like assistance in placing your order, or if you would like to
place a catalog party order and receive hostess gifts, you are welcome to use
traditional ordering. I provide three payment options for your
convenience. Here are the four easy steps.

with the items you would like to order. I will help you calculate your total and make sure
you get all of the free gifts you qualify for. For each item,
please be sure to include the Item Number, Name, and page number on which the item is
found. Please also include the following information in your email: First and last name
Shipping address
Email address
Phone (used only if there is a problem)
Chosen payment option (PayPal, secure online, check/money order)
If you prefer, you may print-out, and mail in our order form,
but I will not be able to confirm your total until I receive your order. |

You may pay for your order using your PayPal account: CompanyEmail. I will send you an email verifying that I received the
payment. |
Secure Online
If you would like to pay online with your credit card, just let me know
when you email your order. I will email you and verify your total and send you an email
with a link to a secure place to enter your credit card information safely.
Or, if you prefer, I will gladly call you for your credit card information
and process it securely for you. |

I will send you an email as soon as I receive your payment. Personal checks must clear
7-10 business days before your order is placed. Money order orders are placed within 1-2

Order confirmation. Once your order has been placed, I will send you an email to keep you informed. |
| 4. Enjoy your order. Once your
order has been placed, it should be shipped within 5-7 business days. |
Ordering Information
Before placing your order, please review the following:
- For traditional orders, please add $4.75 shipping and handling or 7.95% of your order, whichever is greater.
(Automated ordering calculates shipping differently)
- Sales tax is calculated based on where the order is sent, or destination
of the order.
- Orders are shipped via UPS. Please include a street address since UPS does not
ship to P.O. Boxes. Sales in the United States only.
- Your order will be shipped directly to your shipping address within 7-10 working days
after your personal check has been cleared and the order has been placed. I will email you
to confirm that your order has been received and placed.
- Close to My Heart guarantees that all products will be free from defect when they leave
the plant. Please inspect your stamps and products immediately upon
receipt. Close To My Heart will gladly exchange any defective product if
returned within 60 days of shipment. There is no shipping fee for returns. Contact me
if you have any problems and I will gladly help you through the return process.
- If you have a problem with your order, please email me immediately at juststampit@alysta.com. I will do everything I
can to quickly resolve the problem.
